Example: brainstorming

Sit down together, talk, and the ideas bubble up. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple…

There are different methods of brainstorming. One would be, for example, to allow five minutes of free speaking time per person. Either together or by a moderator, all contributions are compiled and collected. Then it comes to the evaluation of the ideas collected.

The TROIKA Meeting Timer helps you to keep the office hours of the individual persons by changing its color every 5 minutes. You can choose your individual settings simply and practically via the Meeting Timer app. 

To do so, click on “Plan a meeting” in the menu. The individual settings can then be selected under “Colour/time sequence”. In this case, several five-minute phases (depending on the number of participants) are planned. On the white dot on the right, you can also set the meeting timer to light up in a different colour for each new brainstorming phase. 

The description of the meeting can then be added under “Description”. 

Finally, an alarm tone can be selected as desired.
