August 1st of each year has once again arrived and we are pleased to welcome 2 new trainees to our team! ✌️
Lea Schäfer and Sandy Peters started their training at TROIKA on August 1, 2024, full of anticipation.
They were traditionally greeted with a TROIKA school bag and lots of input on their first morning at the company 🎓
We were able to recruit Lea Schäfer for our marketing department, who is starting her training as a marketing communications specialist.
Sandy Peters has also joined our wholesale and foreign trade management trainees.
Our new trainees had the great opportunity to get to know their experienced colleagues - the "old hands" - as well as their fellow trainees. They were immediately able to develop a feel for the team and our corporate culture. 👬
Collaboration is very important to us, both with the apprentices and in the team as a whole. We do everything we can to ensure that our apprentices quickly take on responsibility and are able to master their tasks independently and successfully. In this way, we create a strong foundation for their professional future and our joint success
