🍀 Your key to success: work-life-balance 🍀

Sounds familiar ? After a long and stressful day of working we come home but keep working on and on. We check the mailbox, appointments for the next day or make a call. For most of us it's extremely hard to differentiate between work life and personal life. Yet it is really important for our health to find balance between energy-sapping days of work and private life.

Basis for a healthy work-life-balance is our will.

We should routinely and consciously take breaks to raise our qualitiy of living, reduce our stress level and to improve performance at work. The international indicator to measure well-being is called better life index. It's split into eleven categories which are necessary for a healthy life. Only one of them mentions work...so come on!

Include rituals to relax and as a balance in your daily life.

If it's physical training like yoga or whatever you love, a good book or valuable time with your family and friends.

There are no limits !

 

By the way! Evermore employers support a better work-life-balance because the more balanced and happy employees are the merrier is their work.
