We got an award!

TROIKA's trainees are again part of those, who finish their apprenticeship outstandingly! ✅

Such results go hand in hand with a good and qualified apprenticeship from the company. 

As an appreciation, the IHK Koblenz and the radio station bigFM and bigKARRIERE awarded TROIKA "BEST TRAINEES".

Starting on november 2nd 2021, awarded trainees get introduced in a 2 weeks long radio campaign. They will tell about their carrer, their motivation and training company. 

But what's the crunchpoint? What does TROIKA make different to many others? Why are our trainees so motivated and successful, Mr. Böll?

 „We give a leap of faith, give responsibilty and practice an open relationship with our trainees. Everyone has their own areas of responsibility and is constantly rotating through all areas of the company. They experience new things daily. Our Onlineshop e.g. is completely hosted by our E-Commerce trainees. From the receipt of the order through the customer chat to wraping the goods and shipping. In this way, trainees get to know, how to use the ERP sytsem and how to deal with customers and their different issues. They are always on board at our trade fairs and events. We are pleased that our concept is working and  feel confirmed. They can do something, our "best trainees". Keep it up!“
